I am a Certified Nutrition Practitioner, a Juris Doctor, and a mom of two! I have 15+ years of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry, and I have helped countless women achieve their fitness goals. ⁠

After losing 127 lbs in less than two years and getting into the best shape and most optimal health of my life AFTER having my children, I just knew that I was put on this planet to help my fellow women & mamas achieve their fitness/health dreams.

I am SO passionate about empowering women and helping them to take control of their health, lives and futures.
